Do you currently have an active subscription? Don’t worry—it will continue to bill and ship automatically! This change makes it easy for you to see and manage active subscriptions, purchase new subscriptions, and shop for your favorite Stampin’ Up! products all in one place.

There are a few steps you need to take to merge all your information, so we’ve prepared some resources to help you. For more details on how to claim your subscriptions and redeem prepaid codes, please download the Paper Pumpkin Digital Platform Unification PDF. To learn more or to purchase a subscription, please visit stampinup.com/paperpumpkin.

After you’ve claimed or redeemed your subscription on stampinup.com, watch this video to learn how to manage it.

Key Information:

  • If you have an active subscription, it will continue to bill and ship automatically! To manage your subscription, you’ll need to log in to your stampinup.com account first (or create an account if you don’t already have one), then click Claim from paperpumpkin.com (stampinup.com/account/subscriptions/claim) in the subscriptions section of your account area.
  • Your stampinup.com login doesn’t need to match your paperpumpkin.com login for you to claim your subscription. When you claim your subscription in the subscriptions section of your Stampin’ Up! Account area, you’ll use your paperpumpkin.com email address, and you’ll receive a verification email at that email address. This ensures that only you can claim your subscription.
  • If you previously purchased a prepaid code and want to redeem it, log in to your stampinup.com account (or create one if you don’t already have one), then click Redeem Prepaid Code (stampinup.com/account/subscriptions/redeem) in the subscriptions section of your account area.

If you have multiple prepaid codes, we recommend that you redeem them one at a time. If you redeem them all at the same time, they will all activate simultaneously—you can’t skip the first month.
